Zippy Breaded Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 3/4 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup plain bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup yogurt, plain
- 6 4-ounce pork chops
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly grease a 13" x 9" baking dish.
- Combine parsley, dill, garlic powder, onion flakes, pepper, salt and bread crumbs in a shallow bowl. Place yogurt in a separate bowl and whisk to loosen.
- Coat pork chops with yogurt and then dredge through bread crumb mixture.
- Place chops in prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until internal temperature of pork chops reaches 145 degrees F.
- Remove from oven and let stand 3 minutes. Enjoy warm.

Serve over rice or noodles with steamed vegetables.
