Ingredients
Directions
  1. In a shallow bowl, mix flour and pepper together. Dredge chicken breasts through flour and shake off excess.
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook 5-6 minutes each side, until cooked through. Remove from pan and keep warm.
  3. In same skillet, add mushrooms and onion. Cook over medium heat 4-5 minutes until mushrooms tender.
  4. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about a minute. Add the wine and increase heat to medium-high.
  5. In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and chicken broth until smooth.
  6. Add to pan and bring liquid to a boil, cook and stir constantly for 2 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  7. Serve chicken topped with sauce and mushrooms.
