Chinese Broccoli and Pork

Directions

  1. Combine first four ingredients in medium bowl. Add pork and let marinate for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Microwave broccoli, covered for 2-3 minutes, until just soft when pierced with a fork. Set aside.
  3. Remove pork from fridge and add pork to skillet. Toss marinade. Cook 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned.
  4. Add garlic and ginger, stirring constantly for 1 minute.
  5. Add onion, carrots and peppers. Cook for additional 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add broccoli and cook until heated through.
  7. Serve warm.

Recipe Tips

Serve over rice.

Stays in the fridge for up to 4 days.

Season with sesame seeds.
