Ingredients
- 2 stalks celery, washed and chopped (about 1 cup)
- 2 medium apples, cored and chopped
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
- 1/2 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon sugar
Directions
- Combine celery, apples, and walnuts (optional) in a mixing bowl.
- In another bowl combine yogurt with lemon juice and sugar.
- Pour the dressing over the celery and apple mixtures and mix to combine.
