Directions

  1. In large skillet over medium high heat, cook onion, garlic and jalapeno for 5 minutes until just softening.
  2. Add cumin and black pepper and continue cooking another minute.
  3. Add red pepper and mushrooms. Saute for 2 minutes.
  4. Serve over tortilla and garnish with cut tomatoes and cilantro or cilantro sauce.

Recipe Tips

Top with guacamole, sliced avocado, greek yogurt, diced tomatoes, salsa, or other favorite taco toppings.
