Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 large eggs
- 3/4 cups bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup onion, minced
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Roll turkey mixture into small balls, about 15.
- Sautee in a small about of oil until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes or until an inserted thermometer reads 165°F for 15 seconds.
