Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef, lean
- 2 16-ounce cans tomatoes, diced, undrained
- 1 15-ounce can red kidney beans, undrained
- 1/4 cup dried onion
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
Directions
- In a large pot, brown meat over medium high heat. Drain fat.
- Add tomatoes, beans and remaining ingredients, except macaroni, and bring to a boil.
- Add macaroni and cover.
- Reduce the heat to low and allow it to simmer for 20 minutes, or until the macaroni is cooked through.
