Simple Roasted Baby Carrots

Ingredients
- 1 pound baby carrots
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Mix together carrots, vegetable oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread mixture on a baking pan.
- Roast for 10 minutes, remove from oven, and stir.
- Return to oven and roast for 10 more minutes or until just soft.
