Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon sodium-free seasoning
- 2 7-ounce cans salmon, drained
Directions
- In a medium bowl, beat egg and add breadcrumbs, seasoning and salmon.
- Divide the mixture into four patties.
- Coat a pan with cooking spray over medium heat. Cook the patties until golden, about 3-5 minutes per side.
