Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, beat egg and add breadcrumbs, seasoning and salmon.
  2. Divide the mixture into four patties.
  3. Coat a pan with cooking spray over medium heat. Cook the patties until golden, about 3-5 minutes per side.
