Ingredients
- 2 4-ounce chicken breasts, skinless, cut in half
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup oatmeal, uncooked
- 3/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 3/4 teaspoon paprika
- Cooking Spray
Directions
- Heat oven to 425ºF. Spray cookie sheet with vegetable spray.
- Brush chicken with olive oil.
- Place oats and spices in a bowl and mix well. Coat chicken with mix.
- Place chicken on cookie sheet. Bake 35-40 minutes or until chicken is done.
Recipe Tips
Coating the chicken in oats and baking it makes it crispy without being fried.
