Instructions
  1. Heat oven to 425ºF. Spray cookie sheet with vegetable spray.
  2. Brush chicken with olive oil.
  3. Place oats and spices in a bowl and mix well. Coat chicken with mix.
  4. Place chicken on cookie sheet. Bake 35-40 minutes or until chicken is done.
Recipe Notes

Coating the chicken in oats and baking it makes it crispy without being fried.
