Oven Crispy Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound broiler chicken, cut into pieces
- 1/4 cup low fat milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup flakey cereal, crushed
- 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Combine flour, paprika and pepper on a plate. Mix well.
- Place milk in a bowl. Dip chicken into milk then coat with flour mixture. Place chicken on a metal rack.
- Pour crushed cereal onto different plate. Dip coated chicken into the milk and then coat with cereal. Place chicken on a foil-lined baking pan.
- Drizzle oil over chicken. Bake at 400ºF for 15 minutes. Turn chicken over and continue baking until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 15 more minutes.
