Mediterranean Chicken and White Bean Salad

Ingredients
- 1 cup chicken breast, boneless and skinless, cooked and shredded
- 1 15-ounce can beans, white, low sodium, drained and rinsed
- 1 cucumber, peeled, diced
- 1/4 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon basil, dried
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Put everything in the bowl and gently toss.
- Serve right away, or cover and refrigerate up to 2 days.

Use canned chicken in place of chicken breast.
