  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Line 2 rimmed baking sheets with foil. In large bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Add chicken thighs and green onions; toss to coat. Allow to rest for 20 minutes.
  3. Arrange chicken, skin side up, and green onions on 1 prepared baking sheet. On other prepared baking sheet, toss broccoli florets with vegetable oil; arrange in single layer.
  4. Roast chicken and broccoli in oven for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (165°F) and broccoli is tender.

Recipe Tips

The mahogany marinade works for pork, too. Try it on pork chops or loin.
