Green Chile Stew

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 pounds beef, cut into small pieces
- 3 cups canned corn, drained
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 tablespoons green chiles, canned
- 1 pound potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 teaspoons salt
Directions
- Heat oil over medium high heat in a large pot. Add beef and cook to brown on all sides, about 2 minutes per side.
- Add reamining ingredients and fill with water until ingredients are just covered.
- Cover pot and simmer for approximately 1 hour.
