Dutch Potato Salad

This recipe is tangy and delicious and would make a great side dish at a potluck.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine 2 cups water and potatoes in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 15 minutes.
  3. Refrigerate for at least two hours and then drain.
  4. Stir in onion, green pepper, and egg.
  5. In a small saucepan cook diced bacon. Stir in flour, sugar and salt. Then add vinegar and 1/4 cup water.
  6. Heat over medium heat until thickened, about 2 minutes.
  7. Pour over potatoes and mix. Serve warm.
