Directions

  1. Heat margarine over medium heat. Cook celery, onion and green pepper until tender.
  2. Add tomatoes with juices. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add beans, return to a simmer.
  4. Cover and allow to cook over low heat until juices reduce, about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
