Chicken and Cabbage Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 thumb-sized piece ginger root, minced
- 1 pound chicken thighs, skin and bones removed
- 1 medium head green cabbage, sliced
Directions
- Combine soy sauce, corn starch, sugar, garlic and ginger.
- Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Place in soy sauce mixture and allow to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
- In a large pan, stir fry meat. Add cabbage and cook another 5 minutes.
Recipe Tips
Serve over rice or pasta.
Substitute broccoli, green beans, or a combination of vegetables for the cabbage.
