Chia Pudding
A delicious and creamy chia pudding made with chia seeds and coconut milk.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup coconut milk, lite (Canned is best)
- Dash cinnamon
- 1 tsp Honey or other sweetener Optional
- 1/2 cup blueberries
Directions
- Combine chia seeds, coconut milk, cinnamon, and sweetener (optional) into a jar or Tupperware with a lid.
- Stir thoroughly and cover with lid.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight.
- Top with blueberries or other fruit. Enjoy!
