Brussels Sprouts with Grapes

Brussels sprouts are a good source of potassium and folate, and are a simple way to add more fiber to your meals. The grapes help bring out the sweetness of the sprouts!

  1. Trim the thick ends of the Brussels sprouts and halve the grapes.
  2. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium and add the Brussels sprouts and honey. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until tender. Toss every couple of minutes to prevent burning.
  3. Add the grapes and walnuts, and cook for another 2 min. Season with salt (in moderation) and pepper.
