  1. Prepare pudding according to mix, but only use 1 1/2 cups non fat milk.
  2. Whisk together milk, vanilla, and pudding and chill.
  3. Slice angel food cake into thin strips.
  4. One hour after chilling pudding, fold half of the whipped topping into it.
  5. Spray a 9x9 inch dish with cooking spray.
  6. Place cake slices in the bottom, cover with pudding, then sprinkle with frozen berries.
  7. Repeat previous step to create 3 layers.
  8. Spread remaining whipped topping over the 3 layer dessert. Chill until serving.
