Directions

  1. Combine chia seeds, coconut milk, cinnamon, and sweetener (optional) into a jar or Tupperware with a lid.
  2. Stir thoroughly and cover with lid.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight.
  4. Top with blueberries or other fruit. Enjoy!
