Cowboy Caviar (Bean Salsa)
Beans are good sources of fiber and protein. This fun recipe would make a great starter to game day or a side dish at your next meal.

				Ingredients
- 1 15-ounce can beans, kidney, drained and rinsed
 - 1 15-ounce can beans, black, drained and rinsed
 - 1 14.5-ounce can corn, drained and rinsed
 - 1 14.5-ounce can diced tomatoes, drained
 - 1 4-ounce can green chiles, drained
 - 1/4 cup onion, diced
 - 1/2 cup lime juice
 
Directions
- Mix kidney beans, black beans, corn, tomatoes, chilies, and onion in a large bowl.
 - Add lime juice, oil, salt, and pepper; toss gently to combine.
 - Serve by itself or with corn chips.
