Peachy Pops
This recipe can be used with any fruit you have! Try it with pineapple or Mandarin oranges.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups peaches (about one can, drained)
- 2/3 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
- 2 cups orange juice
- 6 paper cups
- 6 spoons or popcicle sticks
Directions
- Divide peaches among 6 paper or plastic cups.
- Combine yogurt and orange juice together in a bowl and mix well.
- Pour juice mixture over peaches.
- Place cups in the freezer for about an hour, just until the pops start to freeze solid.
- Place a spoon (or straw or popcicle stick) into the center of each cup.
- Freeze for at least 3 hours.
- To eat, peel away cups.
Recipe Tips
For a smoother popcicle, blend peaches with yogurt and juice until smooth, then pour into cups.
