Ingredients
- 3/4 cup yogurt, fat free, plain
- 3/4 cup 100% fruit juice
Directions
- Put the yogurt and juice in a bowl.
- Stir together well.
- Pour the mix into 4 paper cups. Cover each cup with foil.
- Stick a popsicle stick through the center of foil; the foil will help keep the stick upright.
- Place the yogurt pops in the freezer until they turn solid.
