Spicy Summer Squash

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cups zucchini, chopped thinly
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add zucchini, onion and pepper. Cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until tender.
- Stir in cayenne pepper. Remove from heat. Cover and let stand for 3 minutes before serving.
