Spanish Baked Fish

Ingredients
- 1 pound (4 fillets) white fish (perch, cod, tilapia, or haddock)
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano flakes
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Lightly grease a large baking dish.
- Separate fish into four fillets in the baking dish.
- Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over fish.
- Bake until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 10-20 minutes, and an inserted thermometer reads 145°F for 15 seconds.
Recipe Tips
You can use salmon in place of the white fish.
