Skillet Summer Squash

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 summer squash (green or yellow)
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 3 medium tomatoes, washed and chopped
Directions
- Melt butter in a large skillet. Add cut squash and corn to the skillet and cook for 2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes to the skillet.
- Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until squash is tender.
- Remove from heat and serve.
