Roasted Corn on the Cob

Ingredients
- 4 ears corn on the cob
- 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Tear off 4 pieces of aluminum foil (enough for each piece to wrap 1 ear of corn). Lay each corn on the aluminum foil.
- In a small bowl, combine margarine, garlic, black pepper, and salt. Microwave for 10 seconds to melt.
- Pour mixture evenly over each corn cob.
- Wrap each corn cob in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes, turning once.
