Ingredients

Directions

  1. Combine garlic, scallion, cayenne pepper and pork in a bowl, mixing well.
  2. Heat canola and sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add pork and cook 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cooked through. Remove pork and set aside.
  4. Add the soy sauce, sugar, carrots, and brown rice to hot skillet. Cook 3-5 minutes until rice is heated through and carrots soften.
  5. Add spinach, cover and cook additional 2-3 minutes until spinach just wilted.
  6. Add pork back into pan, mix well, top with sesame seeds and serve.

Recipe Tips

Use any type of rice.

Use any type of pork: chops/tenderloin/ground.  If using a larger cut of meat, cut into strips or bite sized pieces.
