Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 8-ounce package Pancit (Filipino style noodles)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/2 pound lean pork, sliced thin
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1 medium carrot, sliced
Directions
- Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Add noodles and cook until tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pan over high heat, cook garlic, pork, onion, celery and carrot.
- Place noodles on a large platter and top with pork mixture.
