No-Bake Granola Bars

Ingredients
- 2 cups crispy rice cereal
- 2 cups quick oats
- 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Combine cereal and oats in a large bowl.
- Bring brown sugar and corn syrup to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter and vanilla until well blended.
- Pour peanut mixture over cereal mixture, stirring until coated. Let stand 10 minutes.
- Stir in raisins and chocolate chips.
- Press mixture into a greased 13x9" pan. Cool mixture in the pan and cut into squares when set.
