These bars are great to keep on hand for a quick, nutritious snack.

  1. Combine dry ingredients in bowl.
  2. Put honey in a pan over medium high heat and warm until it almost boils. Remove from the heat.
  3. Add peanut butter and vanilla, stir until peanut butter melts.
  4. Pour mixture over cereal and mix well.
  5. Wet your hands (this prevents sticking) and press into a 13x9" pan and cool.
  6. Cut into bars.
