Lighter Caesar Salad Dressing
A lemony and creamy dressing for salads or veggie dipping.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste (optional)
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Whisk together the yogurt, anchovy paste, garlic, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Drizzle in the oil while whisking. Stir in the grated cheese, salt and pepper.
