Kale with Nuts and Raisins

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 4 cups kale, stems removed and chopped
- 1/2 cup raisins
Directions
- Heat a dry skillet over medium high. Add nuts and toast them, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes. Be careful not to burn them, remove from heat as soon as you begin to smell them. Place on a plate.
- Heat oil in frying pan on medium heat.
- Add garlic and kale to frying pan and cook for 4 minutes.
- Add raisins and nuts and cook for 1 minute more.
