Kale with Nuts and Raisins

Instructions
  1. Heat a dry skillet over medium high. Add nuts and toast them, stirring constantly, about 5 minutes. Be careful not to burn them, remove from heat as soon as you begin to smell them. Place on a plate.
  2. Heat oil in frying pan on medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and kale to frying pan and cook for 4 minutes.
  4. Add raisins and nuts and cook for 1 minute more.
