Garden Fresh Turkey Stir-fry
This recipe is high in protein and can be served over brown rice to make a balanced meal.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 pound turkey, ground
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 cup green pepper, sliced
- 3/4 cup yellow squash, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup snow peas
- 5 each cherry tomatoes
Directions
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium high heat.
- Add turkey, salt, black pepper, garlic, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Cook turkey, breaking up with a wooden spoon, until no longer pink.
- Add green pepper, squash, snow peas, and tomatoes. Cook until vegetables are tender
