French Toast Sticks
These french toast sticks are healthy and easy to make. They are also a fun way to include whole grains in your diet.

Ingredients
- 4 slices whole grain bread
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Set aside.
- Cut each slice of bread into four strips. In a small bowl, combine eggs and milk and beat well.
- Dip each bread strip into egg mix and place on baking sheet.
- Bake about 12 minutes until golden brown.

Try sprinkling cinnamon or nutmeg into the egg mixture.
