Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Set aside.
  3. Cut each slice of bread into four strips. In a small bowl, combine eggs and milk and beat well.
  4. Dip each bread strip into egg mix and place on baking sheet.
  5. Bake about 12 minutes until golden brown.
Recipe Notes

Try sprinkling cinnamon or nutmeg into the egg mixture.
