This casserole is easy and delicious and would make a great dish for game day!

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375º F.
  2. In a skillet, saute the onions, carrots, and pepper until soft.
  3. Add the green beans and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in corn, beans, barbecue seasoning, and ketchup. Cook 2 minutes or until heated through.
  5. Pour into baking dish and sprinkle cheese on top.
  6. Cover and bake for 30 minutes, or until casserole is bubbling, and cheese is melted.
