Carrot Raisin Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups carrots, shredded
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup low fat mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup low fat plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Directions
- Place carrots and raisins in a large bowl.
- In a smaller bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt and lemon juice.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Recipe Tips
If you don't have plain yogurt, you can substitute sour cream.
