Apple Cinnamon Wrap and Roll
These apple cinnamon wraps pack protein and fiber from the yogurt and apples.

Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 teaspoons vegetable oil, divided
- 2 cups apples, chopped
- 1/3 cup low fat vanilla yogurt
- 8, 6-inch flour tortillas
Directions
- Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
- Place apples in a separate bowl. Add yogurt to apples, stir to combine.
- Lay tortillas flat on a plate, one at a time if necessary. Pour 1 teaspoon oil into a small bowl and lightly brush each tortilla with some of the oil. Sprinkle sugar mixture over each tortilla.
- Turn the tortilla so the unoiled side is up. Put 1/4 cup of the apple mixture on half the tortilla and fold in half.
- Heat remaining 2 teaspoons of oil in a frying pan on medium heat.
- Place folded tortilla in frying pan and cook about 1 minute or until lightly browned. Flip tortillas and cook an additional minute.
- Remove from pan and cut in half.
Recipe Tips
Try adding chopped walnuts or pecans to the wraps.
