Apple Cinnamon Wrap and Roll

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl.
  2. Place apples in a separate bowl. Add yogurt to apples, stir to combine.
  3. Lay tortillas flat on a plate, one at a time if necessary. Pour 1 teaspoon oil into a small bowl and lightly brush each tortilla with some of the oil. Sprinkle sugar mixture over each tortilla.
  4. Turn the tortilla so the unoiled side is up. Put 1/4 cup of the apple mixture on half the tortilla and fold in half.
  5. Heat remaining 2 teaspoons of oil in a frying pan on medium heat.
  6. Place folded tortilla in frying pan and cook about 1 minute or until lightly browned. Flip tortillas and cook an additional minute.
  7. Remove from pan and cut in half.
Recipe Notes

Try adding chopped walnuts or pecans to the wraps.
