30-Minute Chili
Beans are an excellent source of fiber and add texture variety to this quick, one-pot meal.

Ingredients
- 1 pound beef, ground, 85% lean
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups beans, kidney, cooked
- 1 10.75-ounce can tomato soup, condensed
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 10 drops hot sauce (optional)
Directions
- In a large skillet, brown the meat for about 10 to 15 minutes over medium heat.
- Drain the fat from the meat; add onion and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add kidney beans, soup, and chili powder and heat for 5 minutes. If using hot pepper sauce, add that too.
Recipe Tips
Use any type of ground meat, such as ground turkey or chicken in place of ground beef.
