Ingredients
- 1 cup ground beef, lean
- 1 cup lima beans, frozen
- 1 15.5-ounce can corn, drained
- 1 15.5-ounce can diced tomatoes
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Heat a pan over medium high. Brown ground beef in pan and drain fat.
- Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 5 minutes until heated through.
