  1. Cut chard into long strips. Set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet and add garlic. Cook until soft. Remove from pan.
  3. Add chard to skillet and saute until wilted, about 3 minutes.
  4. Add garlic, and crumbled bacon. Mix well.

Recipe Tips

You can cook the chard stems, too.  Chop the stems and add them to the skillet about five minutes before you add the leaves.
