Ingredients
- 1 lime
- 4 cups watermelon, cubed
- 1/4 cup honey
Directions
- Juice the lime. Whiz the watermelon, honey, and lime juice in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into a square 8x8-inch baking dish (ideally glass or aluminum). For best results, freeze for at least 3 hours.
- Once mixture is frozen, use a fork to scrape the granita into glass cups or bowls.
