Turkey Tarragon Pitas

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt, low fat
- 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves (or dried rosemary, oregano)
- 2 cups turkey breast, cooked, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup green grapes
- 2 6" whole wheat pitas
- 4 leaves lettuce
Directions
- In a medium bowl combine yogurt, mayonnaise and tarragon.
- Fold in turkey and grapes. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour.
- Trim tops from pita pockets.
- Line inside of pita with lettuce and fill with turkey mixture.
