Directions

  1. Place half of an avocado in a bowl and mash it with a fork. Save the rest of the avocado for on top of the burgers. Add the cumin, garlic, Worcestershire, 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise, and 2 tsp. Sriracha to the bowl. Chop half of your onion half and add to the mixture. Stir to combine. Add the ground turkey and mix together with washed hands.
  2. Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil on a large plate. Oil your hands and roll the burger meat into 4 balls. Place the balls on a separate plate and push down on their tops to form thick patties. Put them in the fridge for an hour before cooking or cook them immediately on a grill or pan with oil over high heat until they reach 165 F inside.
  3. Slice the rest of the onion and the cabbage and mix it together in a large bowl with your hands. Add the lime juice, 1 tbsp. olive oil and a pinch of salt and toss with your hands or a utensil.
  4. Put a condiment of your choice on the buns, and assemble the burger with sliced avocado and cabbage slaw.
  5. Enjoy!
